• "Services" refers to the home electrical services offered by Saga Kolven, including the Home Electrical Reference Visit, Fixture & Fitting Installation, and Distribution Panel Service

• "Agreement" refers to the contract formed when a service booking is confirmed

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using our website or booking a service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. If you are booking on behalf of a company or other entity, you confirm that you have authority to do so.

3. Service Description

Saga Kolven provides the following home electrical services in Kuala Lumpur and surrounding areas:

• Home Electrical Reference Visit — a documented inspection of your home's electrical installation, resulting in a written summary organized by room and component
• Fixture & Fitting Installation — installation and replacement of lighting fixtures, switches, outlets, and related accessories
• Distribution Panel Service — a focused service on the main distribution board, including protective device testing, connection examination, and circuit labeling

Service availability is subject to scheduling capacity and geographic coverage. We serve Kuala Lumpur and the greater Klang Valley area; please confirm coverage for your area before booking.

4. Booking and Confirmation

A booking is confirmed when Saga Kolven provides written or verbal confirmation of the appointment date, time, and service. Prior to confirmation, no binding commitment exists on either party. We reserve the right to decline a booking where we are unable to accommodate the request.

You are required to ensure that an adult is present at the property for the duration of the appointment and that the relevant areas of the property are accessible to the technician.

5. Pricing and Payment

Service prices are published on our website and are quoted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). All prices include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Payment is due upon completion of the service unless a different arrangement has been agreed in writing. We accept payment by bank transfer and cash. We reserve the right to revise prices; any change will be communicated before the booking is confirmed.

If work beyond the original scope is identified and agreed during a visit, the additional cost will be discussed and confirmed with you before the additional work is carried out.

6. Cancellation and Rescheduling

You may cancel or reschedule an appointment by notifying us at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a call-out fee to cover the technician's travel and preparation time. Where Saga Kolven cancels an appointment, we will provide as much notice as reasonably possible and offer an alternative time at no additional cost.

7. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information about your property and the service required at the time of booking
• Ensure the property is safe and accessible for the technician to work
• Ensure an adult is present throughout the appointment
• Disclose any known hazards, structural issues, or unusual electrical conditions before the visit
• Not interfere with or instruct the technician to deviate from safe working practices

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, layout, and documentation templates — is the property of Saga Kolven or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Written service summaries produced for you are provided for your personal use and property records. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our website content for commercial purposes without our written consent.

9. Disclaimers

Our services are carried out to a professional standard in accordance with Malaysian electrical regulations and MS IEC standards. However, we do not represent that our services will identify every possible issue with your property's electrical installation. 12. Termination

Either party may terminate a service agreement by giving reasonable notice. If you terminate after work has commenced, you remain liable for the reasonable cost of work completed to that point. We reserve the right to terminate a visit if site conditions are unsafe or if the client's conduct makes it impractical to continue.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from these terms or our services shall first be addressed through direct discussion between the parties. If resolution cannot be reached informally within 30 days, disputes may be referred to the relevant Malaysian consumer dispute resolution body or the courts of Malaysia, subject to applicable jurisdictional rules.

14. General Provisions

• Entire Agreement: These terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Saga Kolven regarding use of our website and services
• Severability: If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full effect
• Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right under these terms does not constitute a waiver of that right
• Assignment: You may not assign your rights under these terms without our written consent
